Public works, government, healthcare, and property management projects completed by Alpha Edge Construction across the South Sound. Most of the work below was awarded through small works and limited public works channels rather than full formal bid — our registration on the MRSC Small Works Roster and in SAM.gov is what makes that route available to an agency. Nearly all of it was performed inside occupied buildings that stayed open for business, which is a different discipline from ground-up work: sequencing, containment, and after-hours access matter as much as the trade work itself. City of Auburn — Annex Building Office Build
New 216 square foot enclosed office constructed inside an occupied municipal building, including insulated wall assemblies, fire-rated interior window installation adjacent to an active life-safety device, custom paint match, and full tenant improvement permitting.

City of Auburn — Golf Course Clubhouse Renovation
Multi-phase clubhouse renovation for a King County public recreation facility, including corridor door replacement, fire-rated access panels, and structural door frame work — delivered under full prevailing wage compliance.
Washington Military Department
Washington Military Department — Camp Murray SHRO Director’s Office
Full office renovation inside a secured state military facility, completed under prevailing wage and diversity-reporting compliance requirements. Work inside a secured state military installation adds badging, escort, and access-window constraints on top of the usual scope, so the schedule was built around facility clearance rather than crew availability.

Virginia Mason & Franciscan Health — Interior Renovation & Finish Work
Painting, drywall and framing, and selective demolition inside active healthcare facilities, phased and contained to maintain continuous clinical operations. Infection-control risk assessment protocols governed containment and negative air on each phase, and work was sequenced around clinical schedules so no treatment space came offline during patient hours.
